Why is it so hard not to be pushy . . .?
because I want so much for my child
because I am her biggest fan
because I am afraid
If I don’t push her, what will happen?
what if she fails?
BUT
fail is such a harsh word
fail = miss out on fun she could have had
fail = miss out on accomplishing what she is capable of
fail = not do what I had imagined or planned
So what?
She is her. That’s enough.

15-20 years from now, it will be also be difficult not to be pushy.
And now for something completely different…
A friend of mine who I love but is not the great cook that you are just posted what she’d been making for dinner recently. I think it was supposed to inspire all of us who are lame providers in the dining department. It mostly made me hungry. But you always make such YUMMY things I thought I’d request a post about what’s cooking. I await your prompt reply. : )
I feel compelled to add that she is a good cook… it’s just that I have had some aMAZingly good things from you.
Well, it has been a handful of nuts and an orange recently. I’d better get to work and make something aMAZing so that I can blog about it. : )
